Project Overview.

The refurbishment of the existing timber framed Block C building incorporated the removal of all existing partitions followed by the construction of new partitions to create training and lecture rooms.

About the project.

There were several vaulted ceilings designed within the building to create the feel of a more open and light space with the use of glazed screens. In addition, there is a large sliding screen between the lecture rooms and a glazed external screen that leads users out to a decked area.

The internal finishes included emulsion on walls, carpets, vinyl flooring, veneer doors and IPS in all toilets.

At the time of these refurbishment works, Brymor were working on the same Campus demolishing and re-building a new main entrance with a curved canopy to match the existing on Block A.
