We are currently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work within our construction division.
Reporting to the Managing Surveyor, you will effectively take a lead role in achieving the set objectives for the project, whilst maximising profit and fostering a positive working relationship with the client and project team.
To produce accurate nett estimates in accordance with Brymor’s pre-construction procedures and principles, in order to win profitable work and help fulfil the company’s objectives.
Support GBDD, pursuing leads with both existing and prospective clients, predominately concentrating on selling in the North (Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire) of our regional working area.
Responsible for carrying out administrative functions on behalf of the Preconstruction Department.
To provide support to the SHE Department and others in line with the department and Company’s objectives, policies and procedures. Working with other departments to enable them to successfully carry out their functions by carrying out the duties outlined within the SHE Department.
