The change of use from an existing office building into a series of domestic dwellings.
The building was modified internally to provide 13 flats and the majority of the existing roof removed and a new roof installed providing increased space for two further flats.
Externally, the bulk of the building remained the same, although new windows were installed together with a new front entrance canopy and the main entrance was adjusted.
The existing external walls were upgraded to meet building regulations domestic requirements.
The external works to the building was limited with provision for bin storage, cycle storage and parking spaces being the primary activities.
