About the project.

Brymor were contracted to carry out investigation works to a building that was showing signs of defects in the construction and to carry out necessary re-medial works.

The works on site consisted of:

• Removal of ceilings in flats to identify defects
• Propping of existing structure and removal and replacement of water affected timber
• Water proof treatment to balconies including forming of new up-stands to comply with Building Regulations
• Removal and replacement of the parapet walls
• Repair of existing UPVC windows
• Replacement of compliant UPVC doors and frames
• Making good and redecoration
