This new build scheme comprises an 80-bedroom Premier Inn Hotel over three-storeys with an 80 covers restaurant facility together with a separate drive-through Costa coffee shop with associated car-parking, on a greenfield site within Ashdown Business Park at Maresfield in East Sussex.

Hilton Garden, Abingdon Hotel.

The Oxford Abingdon Hotel was originally constructed in the 1980s. The hexagonal shape of the existing block is too constrained for modern hotel operations and is lacking the level expected of a contemporary hotel. The bedrooms are tired and in desperate need of complete refurbishment.
