Brymor are proud to have delivered Phase 1 of the Pyramids Centre Re-modelling 2021 works that were undertaken over two phases.
Phase 1 comprised the conversion of the existing swimming pool into a soft play area facility together with the removal and isolation of all swimming pool machinery.
This new facility included a themed main area and playrooms, reception, lockers rooms and sensory room. A specialist subcontractor was employed to construct the new adventure play area of trampolines, climbing frames and slides.
Mechanical and electrical services comprised the refurbishment of existing AHU’s, new power, data and AV to the areas.
This Phase also included the installation of new solar shading to the high-level glazed atrium to prevent solar gain in the Summer months, redecoration of the Centre and maintenance of the areas by way of cleaning, duct cleaning and repairs.
