This project involved the design and construction of existing office accommodation to convert into 45 affordable residential units for Rutland Woking. The proposals involved the reuse and adaptation of the existing structure, which was achieved as follows:
Loadbearing cavity wall masonry construction
Concrete beam and block ground and intermediate floors
Intermediate internal walls assumed to extend within roof space
