Working with Aviva Life & Pensions UK Ltd we were pleased to complete the strip out of Units 1 and 5 on the West Quay Retail Park.
Works included stripping out Unit 5 which was split into two new units incorporating 5A, now occupied by Staples UK, and unit 5B ready for occupation by an unknown retailer.
Unit 1 was stripped out, which was previously occupied by Staples UK, and now home to the new Matalan store.
