The refurbishment of a three-floor wing to the St Mary’s Health Campus main building.
Works involved the full strip out internally back to the external walls, followed by the installation of new partitions, mechanical and electrical services, ceilings, floors, furniture, fixtures and equipment throughout together with some external works of new canopies and reconfigured entrances.
Internal finishes comprised plastered walls, vinyl or carpeted
floors, anti-bacterial paint, LED lighting and radiant panels for
heating.
The refurbished floors incorporated the following:
• Ground Floor – New pharmacy and dispensary, phlebotomy room and consulting rooms
• First Floor – Consultant and minor treatment rooms, new reception and waiting area
• Second Floor – Hot desking and administration services for staff
