The project involved the refurbishment and remodelling of the first floor area of the Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit at the St Ann’s Hospital.
The refurbishment and remodelling works included the demolition and repositioning of internal walls, and the creation of individual, self-contained en-suite rooms, communal and circulation areas, quiet rooms and spaces, and the creation of an external balcony area enclosed with high glazing panels.
