A new build, shell and core scheme over fourstoreys providing a high specification gymnasium on the ground and first floors with offices above, in a prominent position at the entrance to Forestgate Business Park.
Construction comprised a steel frame clad building, concrete floors and a ground to third-floor masonry lift shaft ready for others to fit the lift car.
The internal fit-out was undertaken by others during the construction stage to enable the Client partial possession over the Christmas period.
The buildings main feature is the three glazed overhanging balconies to the front elevation which had to be structurally engineered due to the curvature of the building.
