Brymor at the Double.

Brymor Construction has completed two very different developments recently

It has ‘done the double’ with a new Animal Management Centre at Sparsholt College, Winchester, and a new office complex in Fareham.

Stephen Morton, Brymor chairman, said: “It’s always a tremendous feeling to complete a development and hand it over to the satisfaction of the client.

“Well done to all of our teams involved in these very diverse developments, which demonstrates just how wide-ranging our expertise is over multiple sectors.”

The new Animal Management Centre at Sparsholt College involved the creation of four new animal management centre buildings, one refurbished building, plus associated external works.

It is home to 1,200 animals from nearly 200 species – including reptiles, birds, mammals and amphibians.

Mariner’s House in Fareham is a detached, 6,000ft² three-storey speculative office building set within landscaped grounds shared with Spinnaker House at Waterside Gardens.

The newbuild offices have been constructed to give total flexibility to adapt to letting demand be it six individual units, floor by floor or the complete office block for sole rent.

It is configured with two wings around a central service core with lift and stairwell. It has 17 car parking spaces.

Brymor’s expertise spans a wide range of sectors, including commercial and industrial, infrastructure, retail, housing, hotel and leisure, healthcare, heritage, education, defence and facade rectification.
