Brymor Construction is helping to shape ‘tomorrow’s world’ with the refurbishment of cutting-edge science buildings at the University of Southampton.
The company is completing the strip out and fit out of the internationally renowned Zepler Institute Building.
The complex is at the heart of undergraduate study in computing, electronics and electrical engineering with state-of-the-art technology and advanced facilities.
But it is also a global centre of research and innovation in optoelectronics and photonics – involving the science and application of light generation, detection and manipulation.
Brymor’s demolition work includes removing ceilings, partitions, block walls, fixtures and fittings and floor finishes.
Its new works comprise partitions, M&E systems, ceilings, decorations, floor finishes, refurbishment of the passenger lift and a new balustrade to the existing staircase.
