Fit-Out and Refurbishment of Listed Building
The project involved the fit-out and refurbishment of a 200 year old building in Portsmouth, listed under schedule of ancient monuments. Brymor changed its use from a large Naval storage area into a modern, high tech art gallery with associated offices, meeting room, shop, education room and café.
The client had a strict deadline to meet as the lease on their existing premises was due to expire and they had no means of storing equipment and operating elsewhere. Through hard work and extremely good communications and relationships between the Client, Project Manager and Brymor, this deadline was achieved along with a high quality finished product.

| PROJECT: Bradbeers Department Store, Romsey |
Redevelopment to Bradbeers Department Store and Listed Dolphin Hotel
This exciting scheme to transform the existing department store was undertaken by Brymor and valued £3.2 million.
The new look store provided 32,000 square feet of retail space by means of an extension and alterations. Furthermore the alterations and refurbishment of the listed Dolphin Hotel has formed additional retail, restaurant and staff facilities. The work also included the extension to the existing Romsey Baptist Church.

| PROJECT: Solent Hotel, Whiteley |
Extension & Refurbishment Works
Brymor first commenced work within this 5 star hotel in 2003, where phase one of the programme to totally refurbish the existing leisure facilities together with the extension of the swimming area was completed.
The second phase of this prestigious contract was to extend the Health and Beauty facilities within the hotel, and in 2006 the final phase was completed valuing this scheme at £2.1 million.

| PROJECT: Legoland, Windsor |
Jungle Racers Roller Coaster
Brymor teamed up with Legoland to create a multi-million pound roller coaster as part of their continued development programme.
Acting as main contractor and planning supervisor, Brymor undertook the construction of the foundations including piles, sub structure and associated steelwork. The site will also include a small retail unit, café, themed waterfall and a roof covered queue area.
The £1.35 million scheme was successfully completed in time for the park's opening.

Design and Build of a Retail Unit with 9 Flats
This scheme consisted of the design and construction of a two storey retail unit and the construction and fitting out of 9 two storey flats with basement parking, associated services, access roads and footpaths.
This scheme was undertaken in conjunction with The Larksworth Group and Brimlow McSweeney Architects and valued £2,500,000.
