Due to growth and our recent restructure we require additional surveying support.
Large project experience is essential up to £10 million in value, and a knowledge of Social Housing & Retail Refurbishment would be beneficial.
Must be qualified to A Level standard, be computer literate and be able to use Microsoft Project. Post-graduate level would be desirable. It is essential the right candidate has a well developed understanding of a quantity surveying role and associated construction industry knowledge, in the context of recongised quantity surveying practice, legislation and construction technology.
Experience of Contract Management duties would be desirable.

Due to the recent project award at Newton Preparatory School, Battersea, we are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead the site team through to successful completion of the works.
The project consists of two new build extensions, steel framed 2 & 4 storey buildings with a large M & E content.
Large project experience is essential exceeding £5 million in value and a knowledge of steel frame construction would be beneficial.
Must be computer literate and be conversant with Microsoft Project. Must hold a valid CSCS card and a Site Manager Safety Training Scheme (5 day) would be desirable.
