 To facilitate this, we operate a ‘Pyramid’ style management system which encourages our supply chain partners to work towards set targets, achievement of which results in graduation to the next level.
The end goal is the establishment of a number of framework agreements and formal partnerships with a select number of top performing suppliers and subcontractors.
Management of our supply chain is centred on supporting our suppliers and subcontractors to enable the development of long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships that will offer Brymor’s clients exceptional value, quality and performance.
