Brymor Contractors Limited are committed to Quality Assurance, principally through the specific quality control procedures that we adopt and by the overall high standard of workmanship at all times.
We are accredited with the internationally recognised standard ISO 9001:2000 which enables Brymor to continuously improve all aspects of the business and focus on the customer care service that we offer.
Our quality philosophy centres around the belief that our clients’ requirements lie with each and every person within our organisation and all staff are responsible for the service we deliver. Therefore, quality training is paramount to the business activities and a dedicated Quality Manager is employed to ensure compliance and efficiency from the inception through to the final product.
All sites and office staff are regularly audited throughout the year and the frequency of audits shall be dependent on the importance of the activity and previous audit results. It is considered that Surveyors, Contracts Managers and Site Managers be audited every six months.
Brymor are independently verified twice a year to ensure that practices are met and all aspects of the business are compliant. The accreditation standard is specifically designed to concentrate on the customer care procedures that we implement.
For that reason, Brymor employ a full time Customer Care Manager who ensures that customer feedback is regularly collated and any corrective measures are filtered through to the Quality Department to ultimately become preventative.
Developing long-term relationships with our customers is the goal that Brymor strives to achieve and we believe that openness is the key to a successful business rapport to which benefits all parties involved.
