Going that Extra Mile to Deliver ‘Ice Cold’ Beer
December 2009 saw the successful completion of another quality project by Brymor. Working in close proximity with our client, Fuller Smith & Turner together with PWP Architects, Brymor began work on the construction of a New Distribution Centre, Horndean.
This new build project included not only the construction of a new Fuller’s distribution centre but also included new office space as well as a yard area.
However, after completion and handover the project team were still going that extra mile in order to exceed our customer’s expectations. January 2010 saw extreme weather conditions throughout most parts of England, and certainly Horndean, where snow was laying inches thick on the ground. For Fuller’s this would have meant a significant delay in the distribution of their produce, as their delivery vehicles were un-drivable in these severe conditions. However, with the assistance and proactive approach by Brymor, the snow was soon cleared and the lorries were able to carry on with their usual duties and quite literally delivering ‘ice cold’ beer!
Huge congratulations to the project team who all worked hard to ensure this fantastic scheme was completed, not only on time and to budget, but exceeding customer expectations.
