As a family run organisation, Brymor realises that without a team of professional and loyal staff, some of whom have been with us since our formation in 1987, Brymor would not be the company it is today.

Brymor aim to offer all staff the best possible working conditions and in March 2008, the move to new premises was a natural progression, not only to continue with the company’s expansion but also to offer our staff the best possible working environment. As a company, Brymor are also trying to encourage a greener future and within these new premises we have installed showers to encourage staff to cycle to work.

To ensure all new employees adapt to Brymor’s culture and become a part of the team from day one, we induct all staff into our working ethos and company procedures. This ensures that every member of staff continues to perform and deliver to our client's expectations.
